4. Nominations, Points, and Rankings
- You may nominate up to three X/Twitter accounts every 24 hours and earn points for nominations, including potential bonus points when others nominate the same person.
- Points, rankings, badges, and other non-monetary benefits have no cash value and may be changed, adjusted, or revoked at any time.
- Nominations and rankings are community signals only. They do not guarantee funding, grants, prizes, or any financial benefit.
- From time to time, we may invite certain nominees (at our sole discretion) to apply to third-party programs such as Open Campus S3. An invitation to apply does not guarantee acceptance, selection, or funding.
5. Funding and Invitations
- We do not guarantee that any user, nominee, or participant will receive $100,000 or any funding from us.
- Our intent is to identify promising Consumer App Builders and, at our discretion, invite them to apply to Open Campus S3 or similar third-party programs where up to $100,000 in funding may be available subject to those programs' independent criteria, processes, and agreements.
- Open Campus S3 is operated by a third party. Selection decisions, due diligence, terms, timing, and disbursements (if any) are solely determined by that third party and are outside our control.
- Any mention of "$100k" is aspirational, contingent on third-party program outcomes, and not an offer, sweepstakes, lottery, or contest of chance by us.
8. Third-Party Services and Programs
- The App may integrate with third-party services (e.g., X/Twitter OAuth) and may reference or facilitate applications to third-party programs (e.g., Open Campus S3). Your use of those services and participation in those programs are subject to their terms and privacy policies.
- We are not responsible for third-party services or programs, their availability, eligibility rules, selection criteria, timelines, or outcomes, and we make no guarantees regarding acceptance or funding.
11. Disclaimers
- The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, the accuracy of rankings, invitations, or outcomes.
- We do not guarantee that any person will be selected for, accepted into, or funded by Open Campus S3 or any other program, nor that any $100,000 or other funding will be awarded.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the App or your participation in any third-party program.
- We are not liable for third-party program decisions, eligibility determinations, delays, cancellations, or funding outcomes (including the absence of any funding).
